Fertigungsablauf und Qualitätsstationen
We control the entire manufacturing process of our red light therapy yoga mats in-house, maintaining strict quality standards from raw material sourcing to final inspection. The mats are crafted from medical-grade silicone and premium PU, finished with an anti-slip, sweat-proof layer for maximum durability and comfort. The core lighting relies on RoHS and REACH-certified LEDs (630-660nm and 810-850nm). After a strict 100% incoming inspection, these chips are mounted onto Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) using lead-free soldering, ensuring the light distribution remains even and the connections stay secure, no matter how often the mat is rolled or stepped on. Every critical component is barcode-traceable and tested to CE and UL standards, enduring thousands of bending cycles and rigorous electrical safety checks. To handle heat without noisy fans, we integrated a zero-noise cooling system using a graphene heat-spreading layer and smart temperature sensors—delivering silent, stable, and safe operation that is perfect for continuous studio use.

1. Incoming Material Selection & Inspection
All raw materials and key components—from high-power LED chips and flexible printed circuits (FPC) to eco-friendly, medical-grade silicone and premium PU layers—undergo rigorous screening. Every incoming batch must strictly comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Through 100% Incoming Qualitätskontrolle (IQC), complete lot traceability, exact specifications, and consistent performance are guaranteed before any material reaches the assembly line.
2. Oberflächenbearbeitung
The mat’s exterior layers and structural core undergo precision thermal pressing and seamless edge sealing, followed by specialized sweat-proof and anti-slip surface treatments. Combined with an internal graphene layer for efficient thermal management, this advanced fabrication enhances tear resistance and moisture protection, ensuring the mat maintains its premium aesthetic and therapeutic performance even under rigorous, long-term studio use.
3. Module Placement & Soldering Assembly
At the heart of the mat’s performance is our flexible LED assembly. By utilizing precision SMT and lead-free reflow soldering on flexible circuits, each diode is perfectly aligned and secured. The resulting solder joints are engineered to endure the rigorous folding and unrolling of daily studio use. This exactness ensures an even, consistent light output, providing users with a reliable therapy experience in every session.
4. System Integration & Final Assembly
During final assembly, the flexible LED circuitry, driver power supply, smart control board, and the graphene thermal-management layer (which replaces traditional bulky fans) are seamlessly integrated into the premium PU and silicone exterior. Serial-barcode traceability is applied to every key component and sub-assembly, enabling full tracking of manufacturing records for absolute quality assurance.
5. Functional Testing & Quality Verificatio
Following assembly, every yoga mat undergoes comprehensive powered-on validation. The testing protocol includes light-output uniformity checks, thermal rise measurement to ensure safe skin contact, and continuous burn-in aging. To guarantee user safety during intensive, sweat-inducing sessions, rigorous electrical safety inspections—focusing on insulation resistance and current leakage—are performed alongside EMC interference testing.
6. Packaging, Shipment & Traceability Support
Geprüfte Matten werden entsprechend der bestätigten Verpackungsspezifikation für den Export vorbereitet. Luft- oder Seefracht, Lieferumfang und Transitzeit werden projektbezogen vereinbart; pauschale Laufzeiten werden nicht zugesagt.
